Before diving into counseling, it is helpful to have a vibe check and chat to ensure we are the right fit for each other. This is a one-time session that is free and brief, where we can see what is bringing you to counseling and answer any questions.

Counseling Session
Counseling sessions are 50 minutes long. Most clients meet once a week, but we can discuss a plan that is best for you and your individual needs. Out of pocket fees are due day-of, and all done through my counseling portal in Simple Practice.
50 mins | $120
Insurance/Payment
I currently accept OHP state insurance, or out of pocket payments through debit/credit card.
I am also able to provide superbills for reimbursement if your insurance accepts them.
